parking and if you fancy walking there are some great walks into the hill side
from the rear of the Urbanization which starts only about 500 meters from the
property. This is a
terraced villa located in a quiet residential development only 3 km from the
beach of Estartit. The Villa has a terrace with
access to the communal swimming
pool plus a terrace at the rear of the property
where you can relax after a hard day!! The living room is an area for the
adults to enjoy
with a separate room where the Sat TV is for the children There is an
independent kitchen off the living room fully equipped with microwave and
washing machine. Upstairs you will find 2 good sized bedrooms with an extra area
where 2 twin beds are situated. The pool has a children's area plus a grassed

This lovely villa is situated on the Roca maura the mountain (or large hill) which overlooks Estartit and the Medas Isles. This villa is set over 3 levels and has fantastic sea views. The beach and resort centre are within walking distance (down hill on the way there so Uphill on the way back). We would recommend a car for this property. The villa has use of communal swimming pool and tennis courts which are situated just a short walk away and have fantastic views.

It is a neighbouring villa to the Villa Vista so this would be great for families or friends who are thinking of holidaying together! The design of the villa is very much like the Villa Vista, on 2 floors, with great views of the mountain side and in a very quiet area so you will be able to relax. Also, the villa boasts a private swimming pool to the rear of the property and parking space at the front for 2 cars. You can walk into L'Estartit but we would recommend to have a car at this villa.
