This is a fantastic villa with private pool. Situated only 10 mins drive from the beach front and the centre of L'Estartit, you will find this ideal for a family holiday home, especially if there are 2 families as this villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. If you wish to walk into the village, this will take around 20 minutes along a dirt track, however, this is all on the flat as is L'Estartit. The local supermarket is 2 minutes in the car but on a lovely summer's morning you can walk to the supermarket within 10 minutes. In the urbanisation, there are tennis courts that you can rent our by the hour or, if you feel adventurous, why not go into town and rent some bikes as there are some great bike routes in this area.
